Keely Song (she/her) (MFA, CLMA) is an interdisciplinary artist and collaborator. She directed the BYU Contemporary Dance Theatre @byucdt for five seasons incorporating ASL and original dance theatre scripts. A student of the human body, Keely’s current vibrational research includes snowboarding, singing in a gospel choir, rock climbing and dancing in the elements of Mother Nature, in addition to her university teaching and research responsibilities. Her dance film collaborations have been shown at the Film at Lincoln Center, San Francisco Dance Film Festival, and Dance Camera West. Ms. Song's commitment towards environmental sustainability, dance education, and outreach, propels her to continue to assist in producing, supporting, and creating works that are highly collaborative and communal in nature. When she is not in the studio, you will find her adventuring with her 3 sons and partner in a canyon or on a mountain @songkeely.
